Anyone tuning in to Joe Biden’s recent press conference during a visit to Vietnam could have been excused for thinking they had tuned in to an awards show broadcast — at least during the part when Biden was interrupted mid-ramble by music as an announcement was made declaring the press conference “over.” The rest of us just recognize this episode as the latest indication that the Commander in Chief has lost some of his faculties, and it’s not getting better.
